It will be for sale on Steam. Early backers (Kickstarer & Indiegogo) should start playtesting in about 3 months.

This looks great. I loved Norm Koger’s Wargame Construction Set III: Age of Rifles (I was a playtester). Your game looks like his game on steroids. Very much looking forward to purchasing it. Please keep up the good work.

The game looks great so far.

With regards to Kroger’s Age of Rifles, I have about 800 scenarios for that game. It may, or may not, be easy to convert those over to this platform. The maps would be ugly, though; all hexagons.

The OOBs for Age of Rifles are pretty detailed. I can’t vouch for their historical accuracy, though. I have been giving some thought on how to get the curve needed for the weapon profiles. In that game it is handled “under the hood” so to speak, but I think I could get an approximation.

Anyway, I will buy this game once it is available, and will try my hand at using the scenario editor. Will there be an online repository for user created scenarios?

I certainly hope that hundreds of scenarios become available. The General Staff Wargaming System makes it easy to create scenario. As always, it’s the RESEARCH that takes forever!

Oh my God THANK YOU! This is all I ever wanted out of a wargame! It will be on steam soon right?

We’re working as hard as we can. It should be on Steam sometime this year. Thanks for the interest, it really means a lot!
